Premier Travel collected nearly 160 chocolate treats for disadvantaged children over Easter following an appeal.

Customers, businesses and organisations in the town rallied round to donate eggs and treats of all sizes for an Easter appeal for Children in care. The appeal, which has been running for the past five years, collected 159 Easter treats this year.

Holly Shotter, manager of Premier Travel in Huntingdon, said: “We would like to thank everyone who donated eggs for our appeal. It was heartwarming to see lots of families pop in to the branch to donate Easter eggs. It definitely helped to make this Easter special for hundreds of disadvantaged youngsters.”
