5 – 9 November
Commemoration Hall

Oh What a Lovely War!
They need you!

How would you like to take part in a special tribute of the 100th anniversary of the end of the Frist World War?

Oh What a Lovely War’ is musical theatre celebrating the music of World War I and telling the story of a nation caught in a conflict that was to change the course of history.

The production takes place from 5th to 9th November held in a large marquee around the War Memorial in Huntingdon Town Centre. Each night will be dedicated to a charity and create a Festival of Remembrance as we recall the sacrifices made by the young men and women of Huntingdon in the so-called ‘Great War’.

The chance to take part is open to all the community with roles for all ages. You don’t need to have experience of acting, but if you do, that’s equally great. There are over 150 roles to fill, some simply walk-on parts. Come and represent your grandfather, your great grandfather or your great-great grandfather. You will have the opportunity to work with the historical advisor to ‘War Horse’ and the film, ‘My Son Jack.’ For more information contact [email protected]
