Additional Information during Covid-19
In order for us to establish a safe environment we will need to make changes to our premises.
This will involve:
There will be no walk in service, all appointments will be made over the telephone.
Asking you if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or known to have been in contact with anyone who has. We will be unable to offer direct face to face appointment with patients in this category but we can arrange a telephone consultation for those requiring urgent advice.
Limiting the number of patients we can see at any given time, it is expected that patient attend alone for their appointments, children under the age of 18 will be allowed one accompanying adult.
Patients should attend with no additional items (for example jackets, bags etc.)
Use of the waiting room will not be permitted and you will be asked to wait outside the practice (in the car) until we are ready for you.
Please refrain from using the toilet facilities in the practice.
Providing us with any updates to your medical history and medication over the phone or by email prior to you attending your appointment so to avoid touching paper and pens at the surgery.
Hand sanitisers will be provided when entering the premises (please advise us if you have any allergies to alcohol based sanitisers)
Contactless and over the phone payments where possible.
