Group classes ‘in person’ will be resuming from 14th September
Classes are available online.
We understand that it is not that same as coming to the studio so our aim
is to make the experience as similar as possible. Therefore we have put in place the following:
Classes limited to 10
Classes are live and interactive (via Zoom)
Feedback is given on exercises
Opportunities to ask questions and discuss
Access to handouts and other resources
Set up by ex-professional dancer and choreographer Danielle Rutter. Danielle Julienne; Yoga, Dance, Pilates specialises in FUNCTIONAL FITNESS, making sure that exercises and movements are relevant to everyday tasks and activities.
Catering for all abilities and offering a friendly, non-judgemental space for those from all walks of life the small classes are designed with certain needs in mind such as Pilates for Low Back Pain, and Pilates for Bone Health.

Danielle has trained and taught as a dance teacher for over 10 years. Since qualifying in 2012 in Pilates matwork she has taken further training to equip her to work with exercise referral clients, pre and post-natal women and those suffering from chronic low back pain. Continually increasing her knowledge, Danielle keeps herself up to date with the latest research and recommendations. Her patient and empathetic nature along with an abundant passion and enthusiasm for what she does will leave you leaving feeling totally refreshed and ready to take on the world.
